My name is Mike Silversides. I’ve been taking photographs since 1988. I’ve taken a few classes and workshops but I’m mostly self-taught. I started with a Minolta Maxxum 7000 taking mostly slide photos.

In 2006 I purchased a Canon digital camera and lenses. In 2008 I purchased a 24″ HP z3100 printer and starting printing my own digital prints.

Mostly I like shooting nature photographs: landscape, abstracts, and wildlife.
